The 7MM framework

What you see is the surface. Underneath every module sits a governed system that makes it trustworthy and keeps it current. Here is how the layers fit together.

The layers beneath a module

Each layer is designed, recorded and reviewable. The visible output is only the top of it.

  1. The visible layer

What learners see: modules, job aids, videos, podcasts and assignments.

  2. The design layer

One objective, one behaviour, a seven-minute envelope, and an active moment about every ninety seconds.

  3. The trust layer

Sources, claims, review gates, a visible assurance status and a review cadence.

  4. The maintenance layer

Versioning, source expiry, source changes, regeneration and human review.

The terminology layer

7MM uses a strict vocabulary so short content stays traceable and reusable: theme, topic, journey, course, module, format and rendering. One object, one name.

What we publish, and what we do not

This page explains the method. Per module we also publish a curated proof excerpt: the sources, claims, review and assurance status behind that module.

We do not publish the internal production framework, the prompt library or the full raw records. That is operating machinery, and reading unfinished internal records as if they were the product helps no one. We show the evidence, not the factory manual.

See it in practice

The AI-Safe Municipality journey shows the layers on a real module, with its public proof pack: the module evidence summary, the job aid and the live module.
